How Tchekz Works
Tchekz gives you a simple, guided flow – from order to refund request – without you having to chase every small mistake yourself.
Step 1
Import your order
Start with your digital grocery or food delivery order. Tchekz uses the information you already have (such as order confirmation details)
so there’s no manual retyping.
Step 2
Check your delivery
As items arrive, you tick off what you actually received. Tchekz highlights what’s missing, incorrect, substituted or damaged so nothing gets overlooked.
Step 3
Generate a refund request
Tchekz turns your findings into a clear, structured summary you can use to request a refund or credit from the retailer or delivery platform – with everything documented.
Works with major retailers and delivery platforms
Tchekz is being designed to support the grocery and online food delivery journeys you already use – so you don’t have to change where you shop to protect your money.
Designed for popular grocery and OFD flows such as:
Supermarket grocery orders
Same-day & next-day delivery
Online food delivery (OFD)
Click & collect
Multi-item basket orders
Naming of specific retailers and platforms may vary by region. Tchekz is an independent tool and is not affiliated with any retailers or delivery platforms.
Frequently asked questions
A quick overview of how Tchekz fits into your shopping routine and what you can expect as an early user.
Is the Tchekz app available to download yet?
Not yet. Tchekz is currently in pre-launch. We are finalising development and testing before releasing the mobile apps on iOS and Android.
By joining the waitlist, you’ll be among the first to know when we launch in your region.
Do you contact the retailer or delivery platform for me?
No. Tchekz helps you organise your delivery issues and prepare clear, structured information you can use when contacting the retailer or delivery platform yourself.
The decision to grant a refund or credit always sits with them.
Do you guarantee refunds?
We cannot guarantee refunds. Tchekz is a tool to help you present accurate information and evidence. The outcome is decided by the retailer or platform based
on their own policies and processes.
Will Tchekz work outside the UK?
The first launch market is the United Kingdom. The United States and Canada are planned next, followed by other English-speaking markets and then wider regions.
Joining the waitlist helps us understand where to prioritise rollout.
What does it cost to use Tchekz?
Pricing will be confirmed closer to launch. Our aim is to keep Tchekz accessible and good value compared to the money people lose on
delivery mistakes each year. As a waitlist member, you’ll be first to hear about any early access or launch offers.
