These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tchekz website (the “Site”) and any pre-launch services we make available, including our waitlist. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

2. Our services (pre-launch)
Tchekz is currently in a pre-launch phase. The Site allows you to learn about our upcoming product and join a waitlist for early access. Our planned services are designed to help users:
- Compare delivered grocery or food orders against what was originally ordered.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or damaged items.
- Prepare documentation or communications that can be used to request refunds or corrections from retailers or delivery platforms.
We may change, update, or discontinue parts of the Site without notice as we develop the Tchekz product.
3. No guarantee of refunds or outcomes
Tchekz is a tool to help you organize information and prepare communications. We do not:
- Guarantee that any refund, credit, or compensation will be granted by any retailer or delivery platform.
- Negotiate or act on your behalf with retailers, delivery platforms, or any third party.
- Provide legal advice or financial advice.
Any decisions made by retailers or delivery platforms are outside our control.
4. Eligibility
To use the Site or join the waitlist, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old; and
- Use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise agreed with us in writing).
5. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when joining the waitlist or contacting us.
- Use the Site in a lawful manner and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our services without permission.
6. Waitlist
When you join our waitlist, you consent to us using your email address to contact you with:
- Information about Tchekz and our product launch.
- Opportunities to test early versions of the product (where applicable).
- Important updates and announcements.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to £50.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tchekz Limited harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
